Aquarian Apothecary - updated and on sale!

Hello Everyone!

I'm getting somewhat caught up on orders, so I've taken a minute to finish, at last, the scent descriptions for the Aquarian Apothecary!

To celebrate this accomplishment, I've decided to hold a small sale! You can get all seven Aquarian Apothecary samples in a set for $21, shipping and freebies included, of course!

I think this sale will last until the beginning of May or so. I want to play it by ear!

So, here are the new scent descriptions, taken from the Aquarian Apothecary page from the Conjure Oils site:

Aquarian Apothecary Anointing Oils

Asphalta is the revered goddess of plentiful parking spaces. Anoint your car, keys or a chunk of asphalt placed inside of your vehicle to honor Her. Be sure to stay on Her good side by leaving Her favorite offerings for favors granted: fine chocolates and the occasional latte.

Notes of asphalt, crisp wind, old dirt roads and sprigs of purple Prairie Phlox plucked from the roadside are blended with an infusion of road-opening herbs.

"Hail Asphalta
full of grace.
Help me find
a parking place!"

stand out in the concrete jungle! A collection of attraction and attention drawing herbs and flowers assembled to get you noticed! A dollop of faery magick for the sophisticated trollop on-the- go.

Sandalwood and vanilla sweetened with white ginger, amber and a drop of mango butter. Enhanced with a sprinkle of love and attraction drawing herbs including cubeb berries, red rose petals and faery dust.

just say no to the blue screen of death and other digital demons! Cranky Computers, temperamental telephones and other delinquent devices may have a fighting chance with a drop, or two, of this oil. Use to placate the hungry ghost in the machine.

purifying rosemary, healing and strengthening bay laurel, protective olibanum and other Solar and Mercurial herbs lend energies to help repair, protect and soothe the circuits of human and machine.

Mercury Retrograde

thrice a year, whether we like it or not, Mercury does His backwards dance wreaking havoc on communications, electronics and our nerves. Let the soothing qualities of this Mercurial oil calm the frazzle and petition the Trickster on your behalf.

benzoin, bergamot and verbena. Triple purpose: Mercurial, soothing and hex-breaking.

Poet's Potion

fierce and free yet fragile, the heart of a poet strangles in a world of desiccated post-positivist prose. Poet's Potion shatters shackles of spirit and stifled words. Return to your Art and let romance reign supreme once again!

maybe your muse speaks or sings, or perhaps your poetry is purely visual. Open the channels with English lavender and road-opening lemongrass.

we're not always what we seem. Herbs that have historically been used to induce invisibility are blended with oils ruled by Lady Moon and Mother Night.

mysterious moonflowers and jasmine are darkened with stealth black leather, opium and smoked amber. Herbal curios traditionally reputed to enhance invisibility are added to each bottle and vial.

finding kindred in a Metropolis is no easy task; seeking out souls that resonate with your own can sometimes seem impossible! To help melt through the isolation, a heartwarming blend of aged patchouli and red rose was formulated to aid in opening the heart, engaging the mind and lifting the spirits as well.

know where you belong. Dusky rose and aged patchouli for the citizens of the earth village

Search Conjure Oils' catalog courtesy of Scent Scribbles!

Happy Sunday everyone! I hope your weekend has been fantastic!

We're freezing up here in the Northwest! We should be around 60 degrees and it has been a balmy 48! Brr!

I want to take a minute and thank the good folks behind the Scent Scribbles fragrance archive! They have painstakingly gone through and cataloged thousands of scents from their favorite etailers, organizing them by company, line, scent notes and even by inspiration! All fields are searchable and, I believe, you can combine search variables. For example, I think you can search for all Conjure Oils blends that feature patchouli and were inspired by lust in one search! Amazing!

You can find the link for the Conjure Oils catalog HERE and the main page for the site is HERE.

Someday, I'll add a search engine to the Conjure Oils site (as soon as I learn MySQL - um, yeah...) but until that day, Scent Scribbles is here for you!

All the best,
